Payment & Booking
Full payment is required upfront to secure your order. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes, or no-shows.
Acts of God / Force Majeure
Lydia Cookie Co. is not responsible for events beyond our control (such as illness, accidents, natural disasters, or power outages). In the rare event that your order cannot be completed, a full refund will be issued.
Pickup
All orders are pickup by appointment only. If you need to reschedule, at least 2 days’ notice is required. Orders not picked up at the scheduled time will be forfeited without refund.
Designs & Variations
Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Each cookie is decorated by hand, so slight artistic variations will occur.
Photography & Social Media
Lydia Cookie Co. reserves the right to photograph your order for promotional use on our website and social media. Cookies shown online or in photographs may not be identical to your order, as each cookie is handmade and unique.
Care After Pickup
Once your cookies have been picked up, Lydia Cookie Co. is no longer responsible for their condition. To keep them fresh, store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Cookies should not be refrigerated, exposed to direct sunlight, or left in a vehicle.
Allergens
Cookies contain common allergens: wheat, eggs, and dairy. Made in a home kitchen that also processes nuts, soy, and other allergens. Lydia Cookie Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions.
